Shine

"Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness, that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people won't feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. It's not just in some of us; it is in everyone. And as we let our own lights shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we are liberated from our own fear, our presence automatically liberates others."  by Marianne Williamson

Day off

I am a firm believer in day's off. Wether it is a day off of work or a day off of training, everyone needs one!!! What you do on your day off is entirely up to YOU but I think it is important that you choose something that you LOVE. When I was younger I had a lot of trouble saying NO to training, people, events, work.......... but I am glad that over time I learned that it is essential to be honest with myself. It feels so good to just say NO and set out my day, exactly the way I like it. Just one day a week folks, that is all it takes to re-energize you entire body, mind and spirit!!!! Have a good one, I am going out for breakfast ;)

OK,
I promise not to use WOOT too much cuz if I do, I have a feeling no one will read this blog.

Movies

Ate a lot of popcorn tonight while watching Scott Pilgrim vs the world and laughing. Very good movie.
It is super important to LAUGH, one of my favorite things to do, especially at myself :) WOOT.

Had fun today at Crossfit St.Hubert with some stone lifting and a nice wod after. Super cool people to hang with and lots of laughter, that is what it's all about right?
Movie night tonight and a good dinner. Organic chicken, spinach and some yogurt and pears for later.
